ArchWar Server will restart at Wed Jan 27 00:00:00 2010.
Armageddon is scheduled for Sat March 27 17:00:00 2010.

Changes:
Preorders for lesser items only. costs one turn to place an order, can order up to 5 of any one item and can only have one active order at any one time.
Dispel costs halved.
